01 · Who We Are

RUNG is a BJJ training app built to help practitioners train with structure and intention. The app is developed and operated as an independent iOS application. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean the developer of RUNG.

02 · Data We Collect

RUNG stores the following data that you enter directly into the app:

• Your training game plan (phase, position, focus move, if/then chains)
• Session logs (session type, date, yes/no process scores)
• Study loop entries (source, video link, key detail)
• Skill ladder progress
• Competition data, if you choose to enter it
• Circles of Control entries (what you write before a match)

All of this data is stored locally on your device only using iOS standard local storage (UserDefaults / Core Data). None of it is transmitted to any server.

03 · Data We Do NOT Collect

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Location data
• Health or biometric data
• Usage analytics or crash reports sent to us
• Any data from third-party services

RUNG does not require an account to use. There is no sign-in, no profile, and no data sent to any external server.

04 · Third-Party Services

RUNG does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not use Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, or any similar tools.

If you choose to paste a YouTube link into the study loop, that link is stored only on your device. Tapping to open it will launch YouTube in your device's browser, at which point YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

05 · Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your data with any third party. There is no data to share — it never leaves your device.

06 · Data Retention & Deletion

Your data exists only on your device for as long as the app is installed. To delete all your data, simply delete the RUNG app from your device. All stored data is permanently removed when you uninstall the app.

07 · Children's Privacy

RUNG is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the app and stored personal data, please contact us and we will advise on how to remove it from the device.

08 · Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, your data security is governed by your device's own security settings, including your device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. We encourage you to use these features to protect your device.

09 · Changes to This Policy

If we materially change this privacy policy — for example, if a future version of RUNG adds cloud sync or account features — we will update this page and change the effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
